After other shops in Moses lake not being willing to help with an electrical problem I took it to Scotty’s and they were able to find where a sensor was not working and draining all of the power for my battery. Recently I brought it back for an alignment but it didn’t need an alignment it just needed the front tires balanced which Walmart failed to do when they put new tires on my car. They also did overall thorough checks and let me know everything that is right and wrong with my car that I truly appreciate. They are also very budget friendly and I’ll keep using their service.

The shift cable on my 2012 Honda Civic manual transmission was worn, causing it to grind when shifting into 2nd gear. The part was back ordered for 3 months (due to the current supply chain issues, not Scotty's fault). Once the part arrived, Don messaged me an got me in the very next day. The car shifts great. Scotty's has a very nice and clean show/waiting room. I didn't mind traveling the 85 miles from Cashmere to Moses Lake because I knew Scotty's to be a competent and thorough shop.
