2016 Audi with a Parking Brake malfunction light. When it comes on the car won't start. Paid a shop in Spokane to diagnose the issue, was told only thing to do is clear the codes and reset the system. I gave wife the green light to drive the car to Puyallup a week and a half after and it gave the error and stopped while she was driving down I-90 at George. I looked for shops nearby and found Scotty's. I selected them based on all the great reviews. I can tell you I have never been happier with a service shop than I am with Scotty's. Great communication throughout, it seems Jeanette never goes home! Scotty's found that my trailer wiring was the cause. The screw on the fuse block I selected for power to my trailer plug came loose!! [that's what I get for doing my own work.] Anyway their tech did a full inspection including testing all fuses and they found the problem and fixed it.

Car had transmission issues heading to Seattle. They took a look without an appointment and found the issue (gasket broke leaking transmission fluid). While they couldn't do the work because it was very difficult and they were booked a ways out they helped call to different auto part stores to find the exact type of transmission fluid so I could buy a case to get home and showed me how to check the fluid level and what to do. Extremely impressed and very thankful.

They were able to accommodate me for a used vehicle inspection the day I called. The inspection was thorough, a great price, and alerted me to issues I would have not found on my own.
