I learned about Scotty's a couple years ago from a friend of mine. Took one of my vehicles there and been a customer ever since. I now take all mine and my wife's vehicles there. They are truly a one stop shop. I no longer have to go to different places for different things. Everything from repairs, tune ups, maintenance, windshields, alignments, tires and more. And their inspection routine is outstanding. It not only protects them but the customer as well. Most of all. Their customer service. Always friendly!!!! Definitely a happy customer!😉

First let me start off that my tires were shipped to this location an appointment was made I thought I was just going to get four tires put on and my spare tire attached to my RV... to my surprise their standard business is to check your car from front to back and I received a detailed report of what needs to be done immediately what needs to be done soon and what was in great shape... I stood there in shock, because I've never had such great customer service in my life.

After getting over my anger of the long wait time, I guess overall it warrants at least 4 stars.

Took my car to get new tires here and their work was very unprofessional. Scratched my rims up pretty bad taking off weights and looks to me like they used scotch bright to clean the rim before adding new weights which scratched them pretty bad. I’ve been waiting for them to call me back for a week to resolve the issue but can seem to get through to them.
