Scotty's is amazing! Sarah W. went above and beyond to help us out when we got stranded in Moses Lake (heading from Wenatchee to Spokane) - she chauffered us to get food, kept us updated, and even called Enterprise to see if they had a rental to get us back on our way until we could get the car fixed. The technician was also super knowledgeable and kind, he took photos of everything. Even Scotty himself gave us a ride to Enterprise to actually pick up our rental. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any car assistance. I've never had such great customer service.
