Wouldn’t recommend. Inconsistent messaging about what was wrong with my car, resulting in over $400 of work that the car didn’t need (engine needs to be replaced but they strongly recommended an engine flush). This matches feedback that I’ve heard from others in the community, which is that they over diagnose and over charge. Nice people and a clean facility though. Otherwise rating would be lower.

I won’t ever go anywhere else except for Scotty’s. The customer service is outstanding! After my car was done they came and picked me up from work to take me back to get my car. Sarah spent time helping me understand what my car needed and the cost. I trust them over anyone else! I highly recommend them!

Professional operation. They fixed the air suspension, changed spark plugs and serpentine belt and identified things that I need to have repaired in the near future. Everything was upfront and they waited for my input before proceeding.
