Scottys Auto Repair was fast and professional. They exceeded my expectations and identified needed repairs for a fraction of the price and time quoted to us by another company in the area. These folks are Amazing! My mom & pop have been loyal customers for many years & they always rave about the shop. On a recent visit to my parents I needed a little work done on my rig. Right from walking in the door I knew exactly what my parents were talking about. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I felt totally taken care of & in good hands. I ended up at Scotty's due to car problems on a road trip. They were very professional and did their best to get us on our way as quickly as possible. They even drove us to a lunch place so we could get some food while waiting as the vehicle couldn't be driven and it was taking quite awhile while they diagnosed the problem. They were knowledgeable, forthright, and even kind-which is not so common these days. Even though I don't live in Moses Lake, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does!
