No other place would I take my vehicles. Scotty's Automotive, personal, mechanics are second to none. Top notch service. Top notch customer care. Do you realize how rare that is today? Exactly. These folks are Amazing! My mom & pop have been loyal customers for many years & they always rave about the shop. On a recent visit to my parents I needed a little work done on my rig. Right from walking in the door I knew exactly what my parents were talking about. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I felt totally taken care of & in good hands. The communication was thorough and the work done was top notch. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks again to the whole team.

I ended up at Scotty's due to car problems on a road trip. They were very professional and did their best to get us on our way as quickly as possible. They even drove us to a lunch place so we could get some food while waiting as the vehicle couldn't be driven and it was taking quite awhile while they diagnosed the problem. They were knowledgeable, forthright, and even kind-which is not so common these days. Even though I don't live in Moses Lake, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does!

Ive been a customer with Scottys Auto for longer than I can remember (50+ years). That says it all. Numerous cars and rigs, sometimes little maintenance, sometimes major repairs, but always personal and professional work. I highly recommend their care and expertise.

Scotty's is amazing! Sarah W. went above and beyond to help us out when we got stranded in Moses Lake (heading from Wenatchee to Spokane) - she chauffered us to get food, kept us updated, and even called Enterprise to see if they had a rental to get us back on our way until we could get the car fixed. The technician was also super knowledgeable and kind, he took photos of everything. Even Scotty himself gave us a ride to Enterprise to actually pick up our rental. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any car assistance. I've never had such great customer service.
