Horrible experience and very disappointing follow thru/ accountability. We fell for their “wonderful” tire deal. It has been a 6 month nightmare. First of all, they broke 2 tire sensors and did not let us know, second when we went to get the “free” oil changes what are advertised (signage everywhere) we found it only included 5 quarts of oil (which would only do a small car and they knew we had a diesel truck) so we ended up paying quite a bit each time. Lastly and the worst part, one of the outside dually was continuously getting low (which is took it looking low for us to notice since the tire sensor was broken). We took it n 3 times with the issues not being corrected and the leak getting worse. Finally we discussed trying a new rim, which they ordered. Went to pick up today and were told we’d now have to pay for that, no quote was given, nothing was signed and the price was never mentioned. They fought with my husband and ended up putting the old rim back on after having our vehicle all day. We are now leaving without the problem being fixed and will have to foot the bill ourselves. They went as far as to listen back to calls and read texts which showed we had not agreed to fix their mess up. That rim also now has corrosion that I didn’t before going there (per their initial check in pictures) we’ve wasted hours and months trying to get them to correct their error, hope you don’t make the same mistake!
