Super easy and nice to work with. They did a pre purchase inspection even tho I was in Spokane, and it was super detailed. Showed a lot of the good and bad with the car. If I didn’t get the car inspected. I would have never known the real issues. Definitely saved me a lot of time and money down the road if I would have bought the car without inspecting it.

Scheduling service was simple and the text notifications are great. Had the vehicle towed over for a hydrocarbons test, which came back positive (blown head gaskets). The vehicle inspection with pictures and a level of need to address them is clear and helpful for planning current and preventative service. I ended up NOT having the repairs done given the cost compared to the age and value of the vehicle, but the customer service experience was top notch and HC test was very reasonable at just under $60 after taxes.

1st time there for services to my car and I really really was impressed with the whole visit. Felt welcomed was a plus and was notified on things that were being checked out as I was in the waiting area. Being kept in the loop of things let me know what my car was getting serviced on and in near future was gonna need also the immediate attention it was needing I really liked my overall 1st visit and I planning to continue with Scottys auto repair.thank you for the services and hope to visit you guys again thank you sooooo much!
