Long story short- took in for an issue- left with an issue and pocket $600 lighter. Got a message a few days later asking for a chance to correct to problem. I called , I said I have the same issue I came in for leaving your shop. Lady said " I'll talk with my mechanic" and call back. No one ever called back. Fixed issue myself and inspection, noticable defect should have be spotted by mechanic it wasn't.

Scotty's auto repair is the best. We broke down traveling, our brakes failed. We called Scotty's and talked to Gen. She was awesome, said we could get in the following day. We didn't want to drive to far so we're granted permission to stay overnight in the parking area. The next day parts were ordered and Gen made arrangements for a shuttle to a motel. The Rv was repaired the next day and we were on our way. Two thumbs up 👍 NAPA certified shop. Very comfortable waiting room while repaired. Thank you so much Gen!!! Kenny Keniston

Their pricing is great and communication was also excellent. Definitely deserve 5 stars. Only think I will state is they told me one component on my vehicle was not working when they did their inspection, but it definitely was working fine, I believe they just did not test it when the truck was fully on but only in accessory mode (vehicle fully on, problem was not there). We’re all human though and make mistakes, no big deal. Will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them when needed.
