I had made an appointment several days out, dropped the truck off well before they opened, called 3 times throughout the day to check in on things. They didn't even look at the truck until late afternoon when I said I was coming to pick it up. Then they told me they couldn't find what the problem was (but confirmed there is indeed a ticking noise coming from the engine). And they charged over $80 for all this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

A big thanks to Darren and the crew at Scotty’s. My GMC 2500 needed a front axle assembly. While replacing it they noticed another part had failed and replaced it under warranty. We take all of our vehicles to Scotty’s for maintenance and repair.

Super easy and nice to work with. They did a pre purchase inspection even tho I was in Spokane, and it was super detailed. Showed a lot of the good and bad with the car. If I didn’t get the car inspected. I would have never known the real issues. Definitely saved me a lot of time and money down the road if I would have bought the car without inspecting it.

Scheduling service was simple and the text notifications are great. Had the vehicle towed over for a hydrocarbons test, which came back positive (blown head gaskets). The vehicle inspection with pictures and a level of need to address them is clear and helpful for planning current and preventative service. I ended up NOT having the repairs done given the cost compared to the age and value of the vehicle, but the customer service experience was top notch and HC test was very reasonable at just under $60 after taxes.
