The whole experience I had with Scotty's Auto Repair was incredible. They provided excellent customer service from the first phone call to them,throughout my emergency and had my car ready for me back in perfect condition by the time I needed it to be ready to make it back home. Thank you Scotty's and Moses Lake Towing! I have to mention the shop is clean and comfortable with AC and a massage chair!

Plesent workers, went in on Wed to talk about my problem, set up a 8am appointment on Friday. They took care of the problem and were able to do some services that were do. I would recommend this place.

So my car had an appointment to get transmission replaced at Bud Clary, boo boo, do not go there!! This team at Scotty's went n picked up my car on the drop of a dime n putting in shop tomorrow morning!! Wat a life-saver this company is!! Even towed it from Bud Clary dealership for FREE!! My car will be done in no time!! All thanks to these guys that got it together!! Thanks Scotty's team!!

Scotty’s oooohhhh Scotty’s!! They are the BEST IN MOSES LAKE!!!! I became a customer in October 2024 when I had to have a device installed in my car. I was upset, I’m sure I was rude, I needed a new battery I couldn’t afford and Scotty’s was the only place. Even though I was rude my first encounter, they treated me with so much respect and kindness. I have since apologized for my behavior the first time there. Flash to last week with 2 flat tires!!!! Scotty’s towed my car for free, they got my tires and helped me apply for a line of credit that actually helps!!! And I got a flower!!! The people who run Scotty’s auto repair are AMAZING!!! The service writer is damn near saint like!!! (she’s new and I can’t remember her name!!!) My wife and I have been long time customers of perfection tire and auto, but we have switched and are absolutely glad we did!!!! THANK YOU SCOTTYS AUTO!!!
