Thank you for providing time to do a lube, oil and filter change on my car. The inspection includes a check on tire pressure plus greasing the steering/suspension components and u-joints. Its nice to have everything checked out.

From the time opening the front door, and until leaving I was completely satisfied with the service. Shout out to Sarah for helping me get there, as being a bit new to the area I found myself completely lost. Very appreciative that the repairs that were needed were completely explained to me before hand. I must admit I've taken my truck to a dealership here in town that represents the type of truck that I drive, I can honestly say Scotty's is far and above the service I was provided there. I look forward to having all my services on my truck here, thanks again to everyone there, greatly appreciated!

Wow! I have been in the Columbia basin for over 10 years and I have used several local auto shops but this one takes the cake! I have found my new mechanic and plan on being a customer for life. Their team is so professional and courteous with a little bit of humor mixed in. You can tell they like their jobs! Now I am one of those annoying people that call for updates and Sarah was so genuine with answering my questions, concerns, and easing my worries. I didn’t feel pressured to buy any extras or unnecessary work. They provided a report of what was good on my car, what will need replaced in the future, and what they recommend doing right now. Sarah walked me through it and helped me decide what I could afford to do in my budget and what could wait so I could save for it and do it in a couple months. They also had a coupon book that I thought was a great deal! As a woman it can often be intimidating going to an auto shop and I often worry if they are taking advantage of me because I know very little about cars. However, Scotty’s Auto Repair did not make me feel this way and they actually helped explain some of the mechanical stuff so I could understand it better. Highly recommend them for any of your Auto needs!

Scotty's is a place that I would recommend to anyone looking for maintenance work or repairs to their automobiles. They're highly rated in the community for offering reasonable rates that comes with superb experience. They accurately quote their repair jobs & assess their vehicles prior to the repair order, to determine if anything else may need done. They're an honest & reliable company that gets the job done accurately the first time, unlike other places in Moses Lake that I've been to. Definitely will not go to anyone else from now on, other then Scotty's.

Everyone there was friendly and proficient. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to relax with a cup of coffee and make a new friend while I waited! My service was completed quickly, plus I got to leave with a flower 🌸😁 Overall, a great first experience at Scotty's!
