I won’t ever go anywhere else except for Scotty’s. The customer service is outstanding! After my car was done they came and picked me up from work to take me back to get my car. Sarah spent time helping me understand what my car needed and the cost. I trust them over anyone else! I highly recommend them!

Professional operation. They fixed the air suspension, changed spark plugs and serpentine belt and identified things that I need to have repaired in the near future. Everything was upfront and they waited for my input before proceeding.

Sarah and Jen at the front are so sweet! Ben saved our trip to the Gorge! We needed to catch a flight and he was able to fix a huge problem for us same day! Dropped the fuel tank and let us know what we could do in the day and what could be saved for later. Fair pricing & fantastic service :)

Here’s the thing that makes it worth going here: they actually take your car out for a drive and then list everything they feel and hear in a detailed explanation and send it to you via text. It doesn’t matter if it’s an oil change or a wheel bearing. They give you peace of mind on how the vehicle drives. I’m always satisfied when I leave this shop. The staff are really explanatory about questions you ask and highly skilled. I’ll continue to give them my business and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone and everyone
