Took 2019 Ford F-150 in to repair 4x4 Hub Actuators , a common problem on these trucks. After spending $1200 they are still not fixed. Les Schwab verified they are still turning when out of 4 wheel drive. Won’t ever be back !

Had a scheduled appointment for adding freon for my A/C. Was told initially by the mechanic that he could get it done in an hour at the most. Sat there for two and a half hours waiting. Was told he was having some trouble with the conversion of the old style Freon to the new. After my wait, I am pressed about buying a coupon booklet for $130 which I had to say no to five times. The inspection report they sent to my phone said something about an engine rattle and that it needs immediate attention. My car is older and runs perfectly fine. Shakes more when the A/C is on, which is normal. There is no engine rattle. Just feel a little uneasy about coming back here after that experience.
