I'm from out of town and had an emergency breakdown. Said he was booked for 2 weeks with appointments by regular customers. Making the point that they didn't need my business. Refused to direct me to someone who can help. Went to Affordable who treated me with some dignity, and you should too.

I'm sorry for your experience on the phone. We do our best to provide service to everyone in a timely manner and always strive to help those in an emergency situation. After other shops in Moses lake not being willing to help with an electrical problem I took it to Scotty’s and they were able to find where a sensor was not working and draining all of the power for my battery. Recently I brought it back for an alignment but it didn’t need an alignment it just needed the front tires balanced which Walmart failed to do when they put new tires on my car. They also did overall thorough checks and let me know everything that is right and wrong with my car that I truly appreciate. They are also very budget friendly and I’ll keep using their service.

Pj, electrical problems can be tricky if you don't know what to look for, so we're happy we could get that sensor fixed and keep your battery from draining. It was also great helping you out this recent visit with your tire balancing. See you again for your next service! -Jeannette, Office Manager
