Based upon a positive experience our mom had with her vehicle at this location, we brought ours in for a check engine light after exhausting all efforts I could perform in my garage. Diagnostics were quick and thorough, and gave us multiple routes to continue towards a repair, even if that repair was not possible at this location. The crews were friendly and did not try to upsell, and we will use them again!

I'm from out of town and had an emergency breakdown. Said he was booked for 2 weeks with appointments by regular customers. Making the point that they didn't need my business. Refused to direct me to someone who can help. Went to Affordable who treated me with some dignity, and you should too.

I'm sorry for your experience on the phone. We do our best to provide service to everyone in a timely manner and always strive to help those in an emergency situation.
