I was travelling from Seattle to Wyoming in a vehicle I had shipped from overseas (military) and about an hour into the drive the AC stopped working. It was during a heatwave, but I tried to make it without AC with my 13 year old son. By Moses Lake, I knew we couldn't make it but didn't know where to go. The first place I stopped would only take appointments, but recommended Scotty's. When I arrived, I wasn't sure they could help because they were busy, but they squeezed us in! They fixed my AC and had us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, and with cool air!! So kind, professional and competent! I can't express my gratitude. Edited: typo

Went into have AC checked and they got me in right away only to find out that I was a little low on freon. Only driver side got cold heat on passenger side They not only got both drivers and passengers side working but they checked entire vehicle for any service or other repairs needed. They are a great company to due business with and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Got an appointment nearly overnight, I had overall inspection the next day, all issues corrected, even elusive intermittent A/C blower. Good communication throughout, very pleased and satisfied - great value for the cost.
