I am sorry you felt that your experience was less that satisfactory. I spoke with the advisor for your work order and it seems their was a miscommunication about price. I can offer to refund the inspection fee if you choose to get your exhaust work done. We do not provide free inspections when other work is not done at the same time. I had a wheel become wobbly on my 2917 Subaru Outback while driving from Bellevue to Spokane and had to quickly check into hotel at Moses Lake and find someone who would look at it next am. Scotty’s looked at it 9am and asked right away if someone had just worked on the car. Subaru dealer had worked on it the day before an apparently forgot to tighten one wheel properly.

They fixed a big oil leak I had and did a great job but I had additional concerns with my power steering which hasn't been working and they told me there was too much oil from the leak and they didn't have the ability to clean that so they basically just brushed off my concern for the power steering. It just felt as if they wanted to be done with my car, so I guess I'll go somewhere else from now on? Because my power steering still doesn't work. Very odd exchange. I would recommend them but I probably won't go back.

Aaron, I think their is a little miscommunication going on. I talked to the tech that did the work and he said the power steering was working when it left. It was low on fluid at the time and due to the major engine oil leak is was difficult to pinpoint where any other leaks were. If the power steering fluid is low again then it wont work. Give us a call and we can get you in right away to recheck for leaks and get that issue taken care of. Sorry for the misunderstanding. - Don, Manager
