From start to finish, Scotty’s delivers! GREAT message communication every step of the way. Super easy to work with and price of work I got done was likely half the price of if I took my GX to a dealer to get her timing belt swapped out. They also showed in great detail several areas of concern after a full inspection with options to add the work but NO selling pressure associated. Soon as I can afford to, I’ll be back to knock out the rest! Thanks for keeping my rebadged Land Cruiser Prado on the road. We are surrounded by 41acres of pure mud and as the only vehicle it is quite literally the life force serving my family lmao. Till next time!

I had made an appointment several days out, dropped the truck off well before they opened, called 3 times throughout the day to check in on things. They didn't even look at the truck until late afternoon when I said I was coming to pick it up. Then they told me they couldn't find what the problem was (but confirmed there is indeed a ticking noise coming from the engine). And they charged over $80 for all this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Update: Scottys reached out to me and offered to re-diagnose my vehicle at no cost. They were able to diagnose it fairly fairly quickly. I appreciate them taking the time to make this right.
