In todays world its best to get friend's advise where to take cars for repair. My friend from Moses Lake had me call Scotty's Auto Repaired. I called Genn for appointment because of her I drove 6 hours and 275 miles. After making round trip to Wellton, Az from Puyallup, Wa. I appreciate Genn and Scotty's Auto Repair in Moses Lake Washington!

To Scotty and crew. A JOB WELL DONE! After recent major repairs to our 1995 Ford 7.3 diesel, we took it on a road trip this July 2026 to Virginia City, NV. The truck has performed FANTASTIC!! Even getting between 16 & 17 miles a gallon. That's great for an old diesel! Thanks again Scott and crew for all your sweat and hard work, keeping the old 95' Ford 7.3 Powerstroke 4x4 roadworthy. Wouldn’t recommend. Inconsistent messaging about what was wrong with my car, resulting in over $400 of work that the car didn’t need (engine needs to be replaced but they strongly recommended an engine flush). This matches feedback that I’ve heard from others in the community, which is that they over diagnose and over charge. Nice people and a clean facility though. Otherwise rating would be lower.

Hello Travis, this is Don, I am the General Manager at Scotty's Auto Repair. I just reviewed your order and read through technician notes. Technician did notice noise coming from the lower part of the engine, indicating internal wear on the engine. He recommended doing the engine flush to try and remove any metal contamination and putting thicker oil in to help take up room between the bearings. This is a temporary fix to limp the engine along a little longer. I am sorry if there was any miscommunication. If you have any further questions, please give me a call at 5097656906. Thanks
