Hello Travis, this is Don, I am the General Manager at Scotty's Auto Repair. I just reviewed your order and read through technician notes. Technician did notice noise coming from the lower part of the engine, indicating internal wear on the engine. He recommended doing the engine flush to try and remove any metal contamination and putting thicker oil in to help take up room between the bearings. This is a temporary fix to limp the engine along a little longer. I am sorry if there was any miscommunication. If you have any further questions, please give me a call at 5097656906. Thanks
