Scotty’s went above and beyond. We recently brought in our vehicle to have brakes checked and engine light issue resolved. They constantly kept us up to date with what was happening and explaining what needed to be done. I will continue to take our vehicles anytime something needs done work is needed. Always great service, most recently I had an oil change and some basic maintenance done. They are very helpful, communicate effectively, and just great to work with! I love the messages that give detailed info about the vehicle and what is needed and when it is needed.

The front desk folks were courteous and professional. I was assured that the service I asked for would be done and felt that I could trust them. They also checked other vital systems and let me know what needs to be corrected right away and other things that needed to be corrected in the near future. I have never had such great customer service from every employee. It was an unexpected event and they had it fixed quickly. They even drove the car and double checked the tires. Never once did I hear it will need to be scheduled, we can’t get the parts etc. Awesome business
