My 1993 Nissan Altima was taken here to diagnose a simple issue. The car could not hold an idle and would stall at every red light. They charged me 150$ to perform a diagnosis with such promise that they could find the exact problem as I had been struggling to pinpoint the issue on my own. I have fixed several cars with google research and car repair manuals, but this one will forever be a mystery. I paid, they took my car, and they did not even test it in the exact situation I described. They took it on the highway which it did NOT have problems with, this was clearly an in town issue and was expressed as such, and then proceeded to tell me everything was fine and they could not reproduce my issue. Where does that leave me? 150$ out the window. Guess where I was when my wife was giving labor just a few moths later in December? Stalling in the parking lot, could not even get out of the parking lot of my apartment complex. Thankful my sister in law was visiting and her car was in working order. Be wary of this place, I still wonder why they did this to me. I was so poor back then and I needed a break so badly. Thanks for nothing.
I was a bit confused on this review. The last time we worked on your car was all the way back in 2013. The work that requested was that the vehicle would stall occasionally at idle and not restart unless the battery was unhooked and hooked back up again. Our technician determined that the anti theft system was causing the vehicle to not restart. We unhooked that system and the vehicle would not act up anymore. The charge was $90 plus tax coming out to $100. If you have any questions please give me a call. Jeannette, Office manager 5097656906
