They were unable to give a quote for repairs without inspecting the specific vehicle. When I got my vehicle in I waited for close to an hour and a half while they inspected the entire vehicle when I only asked for 1 thing to be checked. When they finally told me what needed fixed they couldn't get me a quote until the next day. All said and done, I would not recommend their services and I will not go back

I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. It is our company policy to inspect the entire vehicle when it first comes in, we also are weary to do quote without seeing the vehicle due to incorrect quotes and incorrect time being scheduled which can affect our other customers. We didn't charge you for looking at the vehicle and the quote that needed to be done takes a little bit of time considering it is not a stock option on that vehicle.
