Took my car to get new tires here and their work was very unprofessional. Scratched my rims up pretty bad taking off weights and looks to me like they used scotch bright to clean the rim before adding new weights which scratched them pretty bad. I’ve been waiting for them to call me back for a week to resolve the issue but can seem to get through to them.

I was recommended Scotty's by a company Ive been working a contract for, came with oil leaking. A gentleman helped me, even though everyone was on break, even went and got a guy out of the break room to assist. I've never had to deal with anything like that, especially far away from home, but they topped off my oil, gave me simple instructions on what to do to get home 🏡. I did as told and got it up the road. I've never been so grateful.

I broke down in Moses Lake as I was driving through. I took a chance on Scotty’s Automotive and had my car towed there after business hours. They were kind, professional, and were able to fix my car quicker than anticipated. If I lived in the area I would use them for regular maintenance and repair work for my vehicle. They replaced my alternator and charged my battery for me.

They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and kept in close communication. After moving from out of state and needing an auto mechanic I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Scotty's.

Good service compared to Midas, Midas gave me a rude answer after asking a simple question.

They were unable to give a quote for repairs without inspecting the specific vehicle. When I got my vehicle in I waited for close to an hour and a half while they inspected the entire vehicle when I only asked for 1 thing to be checked. When they finally told me what needed fixed they couldn't get me a quote until the next day. All said and done, I would not recommend their services and I will not go back

All fair prices, honest work done well. I won't go anywhere else.
