New in town, after going to the local Toyota dealership who recommended to change, flush repair all sorts of things. ( we keep our cars regularly serviced and maintained) we decided to take our cars to Scotty's for a second opinion. They did not find anything with the exception of the coolant was a little low. We found a repair shop that is honest and professional. We are truly grateful.

We went to Scotty's the night before Christmas eve (we were on a full day journey to meet family). This was after a number of shops turned us away due to the busy time. We were thankful that Scotty's took us in to deal with our urgent situation-- especially as it was only a few hours before close. They got the car in shape to hit the road again, and were incredibly informative about the things we would need to look at in greater detail once we made it to our destination. We were so thankful to make it to my mom's place in time for Christmas Eve-- thank you, Scotty's!

I took in my husband's pickup for a few minor repairs and as always, very pleased with the treatment (for vehicle AND me) received. They should give lessons on how to treat people--they are so much like the "old school" , a time period in which we grew up. And a flower?? Much needed for a sad day. Went in for a easy break change and boy o boy was there so much more. But they helped us and fixed the issues right away. They are friendly and I really loved the flower you get when you vehicle is complete .
