Scotty's did a fine job on cv axle replacement for my 2005 4Runner. I've had this vehicle for 13 years and will only entrust it's care to competent repair staff, and I feel Scotty's fills that bill.

My first time ever going into an auto repair shop! They were really great to work with me and told me about other things necessary on changing on my car. As it feels like an upsale, I know it's just them trying to ensure I have my car in complete working order. They were very professional. I'm glad they got the work done in a timely manner.

Scott's is a small family owned customer friendly, very honest company. They will keep your vehicle safe without selling you work you don't need.

Contacted Don regarding tires. He was easy to get along with, knowledgeable and did additional research to see if he could help more. The office staff were friendly and professional. I recommend anyone looking for or thinking of changing from their current mechanic to go to automotive professionals at Scotty's.

I wish this shop was in my hometown! They diagnosed my car’s problem, even called my hometown mechanic (who had mistakenly put in the wrong fluid), and then spent 15 minutes explaining to me what I would need to have done at a speciality shop. How much did they charge me? Nothing. How’s that for top-notch service!

I was disappointed when Scotty's gave me the news that my Nissan Xterra's transmission was destroyed due to a damaged torque converter, but I was very pleased with the professionalism that this shop used when explaining the problem and my options to me. This shop has very experienced mechanics with a lot of integrity. I highly recommend this family run business to anyone. You'll keep coming back.

Two things need to be said about Scottie's. First, they are scrupulously honest. I remember once bringing in my car for a repair and when I picked it up they said no cost, it was under warranty. I hadn't even known it was related to the previous repair. Many mechanics would have scammed me. Second, they take pride in their work. They will quote you a higher price than the next guy, but they will do the whole thing rather than making you come in again to get the rest of the job done The staff is also friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Highest recommendation.
