Placed an online appointment then received an email from the "service manager" asking for clarification on the work I needed done. I called Don and he said he would get back to me. Never did. I called him and he wanted me to put the Jeep's valve covers, radiator, etc back together so they could see what was wrong. I wanted new parts and willing to pay. I would stay away from these guys.
