I was on vacation in the Moses Lake area and had trouble with my trailer lights. Scotty's was the only place in town that would squeeze me in to help me get back on the road. It did take a little time to find the problem but they sure did and got me going! I give them two thumbs up, if you have a problem and you're in the area give them a call they are fantastic! We were on our way through Idaho from WA to attend a wedding when our car broke down on I-90. Scottys was the only shop answering the phone late Friday afternoon. They assured us that our car would be towed back to the shop ASAP. In all the chaos of having our car broken down on the side of the freeway with small children, we didn't get to talk much with the front desk person about specificity when they would be able to look at the car. We wrongly assumed they worked Sat so we were disappointed to not have heard from anyone over the weekend. We did receive a call promptly Monday morning. I could tell they were making us a priority being out-of-towners. They went above and beyond to get our car fixed that day, sending out a driver to get the part from a neighboring town. I would highly recommend this small family owned business to anyone. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because between the three members of our party, none of us remember getting a call assuring us that our car was indeed picked that that evening. We went the whole weekend not knowing for sure whether or not our car was still on the side of the road. I'm guessing this happened because we called late Friday and the front desk person had already left for the day? Regardless, I appreciate the hard work their team delivered to get us back on the road quickly.

My car broke down and I'm not from the area. A quick google search pulled up Scotty's Auto Repair with a few good reviews so I took my chances. Within the hour, the tech showed up to tow my car back to their shop and before they closed for the evening I got a call back with the issue and quote for service. My car was ready the next morning. I couldn't have been happier with the prompt service and knowledge from the front desk staff and the tech who both helped ease my concerns. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area, or not from the area, and need service done on your vehicle!

Friendly service at front desk. Was able to get my car in and fix not only my mysterious electrical problem but also an oil leak and a few other things. Car runs great now wont ever take it back to barrys in Ephrata.

These guys are awesome. We live out of town but needed to get a car fixed up in Moses Lake. We ended up having it towed to Scotty's and they were great about everything. They communicated with us every step of the way and waited for us to approve charges. In addition, they went over and beyond by storing our car for a few weeks, free of charge. We weren't able to get through the pass due to weather conditions. I would highly recommend taking your car to Scotty's!

I was towed there and got a hotel room. When they opened up on Saturday they got my car in first thing. One thing after another was wrong with the car but they spent 11 hours including keeping the entire team two hours past closing to get me fixed and on the road. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.
