Absolutely the most honest upright experience with an auto mechanic one could have! They know what they're doing and explain it to you in a manner that you do as well. They don't charge for something that isn't done.

I want to share my experience that I had when I first moved to Moses Lake. When I arrived in Moses Lake, I was about 30 minutes from it and my truck broke down. I had to tow it over to my brand new house as it sat there for months, because I actually work in Redmond, but built a house in Moses Lake it made it difficult to get it fixed. You maybe asking, Jolleen why did you build a haoise so fae away? I did that because in order to build a house that we needed and how many rooms we needed we had to go out pretty far. If you think you can find that in Redmond that is laughable. So there my truck sat. I called around and got ridiculous price quotes that were laughable and yet there’s reviews were not all that great. I came across Scotty’s Auto Repair and spoke with a lady there who is very understanding of my situation, and the fact that I was only home on weekends being I work during the week in Redmond. They accommodated me so well and treated me with such kindness. I am giving a five star review to this place due to just how amazing they are and to say they have our business for life now that we are settling into our new home. Scotty’s has worked on many of our vehicles. They are honest, fair and fast. When repairs don’t go as planned they always call to assure we still want it done. There are never surprise fees and communication is great.

They had my truck starting in October and just got it back end of January. They squeezed all the warranty was worth out of it and kept promising it would be done. The day of pick up they try to charge me for a service I never asked to be done in the first place. Finally ended up getting it back. Will not ever go to them again. They do not care about their clients they just care about each penny they can get
