My son is in School out of state at Big Bend, we decided to give Scotty’s a try due to the reviews and their responses we read online. Not only did Scotty’s staff provide A+ customer service but they also have texts and links they send you with pictures of minor to major repairs that need to be done. Their pricing is also fair and affordable. The integrity this shop provided is phenomenal, thank you for all you do and helping a parent be at ease that their child’s vehicle would be fixed without stretching the truth like most shops do. We came to this shop to replace a starter. Thanks again!!

We called on Monday, they got us in the next Wednesday. We dropped it off Tuesday when weather was good They had an analysis sent to us by 9:30 am Wednesday WITH PICTURES. Had it fixed by the next day. Reasonable price and great service.
