Our 2017 F350 dually died along I-80 while returning home to Colorado. Long story short, a new rear differential (& all the "trimmings" later), the team at Scottys had our truck back on the road. It was a huge undertaking but Scotty's was up to this challenge. A HUGE shout out to Sarah, who always kept us informed along the way. So, if you need a repair done right the 1st time....I most highly recommend Scotty's !

Scotty's Auto Repair was the absolute BEST! My Pilot broke down on I-90 14 miles from Scotty's. Daniel's Towing just happened to drive by and suggested Scotty's. Got there at 4:30 and they stayed 2 hrs overtime to replace my alternator... The lady at the front desk took us and picked us up from a pub near by. They could not have been more accommodating. On to Coeur d Alene we went that night!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTTY'S FOR YOUR AUTO NEEDS.... Thank you to all the staff at Scotty's...

I can't say enough about Scotty's. Our car broke down on I-90. Our tow truck driver told us about Scotty's. We got there at 4pm and not only did they stay after hours to replace the alternator in my mom's car. Sarah offered to drive us to a restaurant to hang out and wait and came back and got us. Unbelievably kind and amazing service. 5 stars!!

Schwab damaged the studs and lugs on one of my wheels. Sarah and Tim were total pros explaining the issue and solving the problem in a timely manner and fair price! Scotty's will be getting all my auto care in the future.

Took my car in for a full inspection/back brake job & for a second opinion because another company I felt was trying to take advantage of me. This business was very honest & told me exactly what my car needed & did not need. The price for my brakes was an honest & fair price that was also mentioned prior to having them done. I would recommend this company before any other company, to anyone thats looking for services to their vehicles. Their staff are all very courteous & friendly as well.

Really great customer service. Helped me over the phone to figure out what would work for me for payment. When I did get my car back. There was sounds that weren't there before. They took care and got me in right away. Definitely will be going back.
