Scotty's Auto Repair is the place to go for all your repairs. They gave me a second quote on my air conditioning that was nowhere close to the first quote of another repair shop! They are honest! I will use them for all future repairs! Thanks Scotty's!!

Had a front catalytic converter with a hole in it and had blown everything from the front into the one on the back. I went by, told them exactly what was wrong with it and that I had the part, just needed it put on. Gave me a quote of $200ish and made my appointment. Took it back for my appointment 2 days later and waited, with the understanding that it would be about two hours at most. Twenty minutes later some guy comes in and starts feeding me a line about how there's a bolt stuck "somewhere in the exhaust" and "you don't wanna wait.....could take an hour to find it or it could take 8......just depends." "And you have a 2nd cat out that's gonna have to be replaced" (TOTALLY BS). So I tell him to give me the bottom line and he quotes me "somewhere between $700 and $1000." Got my keys and left cause this guy is full of crap. Took it to another local shop and the guy welded up the cat that had a hole in it and then put my new one on......in 3 hours for $207 and change. I've always heard good things about Scottys.....this is why I went to them. Makes me think that the people who don't have a good experience just don't take the time to say anything about it. Apparently he took me for some kind of idiot cause I've got boobs and it's all "over my head anyway" and thought he'd cushion his pay at my expense. Not this time......and not this woman!

I bought a used van in Yakima and was driving it back to Spokane when it broke down. I towed it to Scotty's and it turned out it needed a new engine. I wasn't prepared financially to replace the engine. I left it there for over two weeks. There bill for storing it and diagnosing the problem was $zero dollars. These people are super nice and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, the respect, the honesty and the amazing team that works here. I was supposed to leave for Seattle right after work to be with my wife and daughter who was spending time at Children's hospital. Unfortunately my truck decided to die on me. It was 3 in the afternoon and I swung in with the hopes that it was an easy fix and I could "chance" it to Seattle until Monday. Wishful thinking. The guys knew right away what was wrong. I left there feeling defeated and thought it would be a few days before I could make the trip over the mountains and started making other plans to borrow a car. A couple hours later I got a call saying my truck was fixed. They even sent someone to pick me up so I could be on my way. These guys spent hours after they closed to makes sure I was taken care of. They understood my dilemma and worked fast and without error to help me get on the road to be with my family. I have never had an auto repair place go out of their way to make the customer happy. Most seem to go out of their way to stick it to the customer. This most definitely is not one of those places. I will always recommend Scottys.
