While travelling we had car trouble and were fortunate to run into someone who recommended Scotty's. They went above and beyond to get the work done and us back on the road to be home for the holidays in our own car. Thank you and we will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Absolutely the most wonderful people and amazing service you could get in auto care/repair. I would send my mother to Scotty's.....Thank you so much for caring and fitting me in. Going way above and beyond. You just cant find that anymore!! Listened to all my concerns and explained everything to me so that i could understand. Even gave me a printed diagram so I could see for myself exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.....and why. Does not take shortcuts and is attune to the longevity factor for your car regarding the particular repair and/or part/s needed. Comparing prices, i found Scotty's to be fare and on the lower end. Comforting experience and was presented with a yellow carnation ( my favorite flower ) when I left. How awesome is that? 5 Stars from me!!

Took my Tahoe in with a broken passenger side door handle. When I got it back 3 days later my fob wouldn't work and my drivers side wouldn't lock or unlock with the key. Take it back in and they want to charge me more for a second repair. I am never coming back!

Scotts Auto Repair was fantastic to work with. My son had is car break down outside of Moses lake and so was towed to Scotty's....unfortunately the engine needed to be replaced....they were wonderful to work with and actually got the work done a week ahead of schedule. I really appreciate how much compassion they showed my son when this happened to him...even driving him downtown so he could rent a car. I really appreciated all they did for us. Stacey Mohl

I was on vacation in the Moses Lake area and had trouble with my trailer lights. Scotty's was the only place in town that would squeeze me in to help me get back on the road. It did take a little time to find the problem but they sure did and got me going! I give them two thumbs up, if you have a problem and you're in the area give them a call they are fantastic!
