Two things need to be said about Scottie's. First, they are scrupulously honest. I remember once bringing in my car for a repair and when I picked it up they said no cost, it was under warranty. I hadn't even known it was related to the previous repair. Many mechanics would have scammed me. Second, they take pride in their work. They will quote you a higher price than the next guy, but they will do the whole thing rather than making you come in again to get the rest of the job done The staff is also friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Highest recommendation.

I stopped in Moses Lake to fill up with gas when my car starting acting weird. So I found Scottys through my google maps and went to their business to see if they could look at my car. The minute I walked through the door they were very friendly and professional. Explained I was driving through and needed a mechanic to look at it. Scottys looked at it immediately and found the problem. They had a part delivered within minutes and had me back on the road for my trip within 1 1/2 hours. I am very impressed and appreciative by their customer service to a person passing through in need of help. Highly recommend this auto repair shop!!!

We stopped in Moses Lake to take a break while driving from Spokane to Wenatchee. When we went to start the car, it started but idled rough and stalled out. We found Scotty's on Google, and they were very professional from the first moment we called right up to the end. They stayed more than 2 hours late in order to accommodate us and make sure we could get our car back on the road again.

My battery died at traffic court. I walked over there to borrow jumper cables and Don(? I'm terrible names) grabbed the jump pack and gave me a lift back to my car. Didn't charge me anything. You don't get customer service like that anywhere anymore. Definitely recommend them, I know I'll be going back again, and I'll even spend money next time. THANKS GUYS!

I got in a bind when my car broke down right before a long trip. Scotty's squeezed me into their busy schedule, diagnosed and fixed it in less than two days. And the bill was way less than what they estimated it to be. That's a sign of honesty in my book.

My truck still doesn't run but they did the best they could with what they had to work with. Still cost 1200 dollars for a truck that still won't run oh well. Friendly staff

My truck broke down out of town and the owners took the time to come out at 9:00pm to tow my truck to their shop as well as gave my family a ride back to town. I highly recommend them.
