Although they have not completed the repairs I have enjoyed their thorough response to my vehicle needs. With having to work it is good to receive updates through text. And the diagnostic appeared to be very thorough. I will update once I pick up the vehicle

Brought my Lincoln Town Car in for the 20$ Groupon oil change and inspection. Getting a regular Car inspection can finds issues before they become bigger problems. Scotty's emailed me pictures where they discovered a ball-joint concern. The staff is friendly, and there is a nice clean waiting room. Will bring my car back to Scotty's for regular maintenance when I'm traveling between Rattle and Spokane.

Should be rated 0 stars. Brought our dune buggy in and they totally messed it up. It came home not once but twice with worse issues than it originally had. Originally came in because we needed a distributer installed. After we got it back we test drove it and the engine was misfiring and the timing was completely off. When my boyfriend brought up the issue they said “oh we will have someone better work on it next time half off” we got it home the second time and there were not one but two leaks in the gas tank that weren’t their before, timing was still off, still misfiring and the throttle cable was tightened in such a fashion that’s the engine would accelerate at an idle. We didn’t call back due to the way this shop conducted business and are now resulting in fixing it ourselves.
